I love walking through craft stores and get so inspired from being surrounded by all the possibilities! At my last craft store visit, I found all the materials I needed for a DIY wreath. I’m starting to make it a tradition to decorate my front door every fall and challenging myself to new DIY projects. This project can be completed in one day and all you need are a few materials to make this wreath.
Materials
1 twig wreath
1 garland
1 bunch of faux flowers
1 roll of wired ribbon
Hot glue gun
Wire cutters
Zip tie or wire
Directions
Wrap the garland around the wreath form and hot glue it in a few places as you go along.
Use the wire cutters to cut the stems off the bundle of flowers. Make sure to leave enough stem to insert through the wreath. Arrange the flowers and leaves on the wreath until you are happy with a design. Then, hot glue them into place.
Next, make a bow with the roll of ribbon. Unroll the ribbon to about 10.5 inches and fold it around itself until you run out of ribbon. Then, take the zip tie or wire and wrap it tightly around the middle of the rolled ribbon.
Fluff out the ribbon to form a bow.
Hot glue the ribbon on the wreath where it feels right and it’s finished!
Now, your door is ready to embrace fall! Hope you enjoyed this tutorial and tag me on Instagram! @diy_bucket_list
