Fruit rainbows are a fun and easy snack or dessert for St. Patrick’s Day! My kids like eating fruits but they like them better arranged into shapes. I should probably try veggies next. Keeping reading to find out how my rainbows appeared!
I used fruits my kids normally eat like strawberries, pineapples, and oranges and threw in kiwis for them to try something new. After washing and slicing them up, I layered them in rainbow fashion on individual dessert plates.
I also added a pile of mini marshmallows to create a cloud for my rainbows to rest. These were so easy to put together and my kids loved them! Hope you try this fun snack/dessert with your kids!
